Please include the following details:
- Your macOS version
- Your SpaceLens version and build number
- The type of folder you scanned, such as Downloads or a project
- The action you attempted: scan, queue, or move to Bin
- Any visible error message
Protect Your Privacy
Do not include private file contents or sensitive paths in a support request. A description of the folder type and the visible error is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
