Project enquiries

Local email composition

Answers entered in the guided project enquiry are composed locally in your browser. They are not stored by the website or included in analytics. They are not sent to RSI Tech until you choose to open your email client and send the prepared message yourself. You can instead contact info@rsitech.ai directly.

Workflow X-Ray

Synthetic reference and safety state

Workflow X-Ray uses fixed synthetic customer, order and policy data. Recorded reference and failure paths do not submit visitor-authored prompts and do not execute a refund, email, CRM write or other external business action.

Live replay is disabled by default. If it were separately enabled, the request boundary would derive a daily rotating pseudonymous quota identifier without retaining the raw IP in X-Ray records. Synthetic run traces and idempotency records expire after 15 minutes; the separate daily quota key expires after 24 hours. X-Ray trace content and contact fields are excluded from analytics.

Consent and controls

• Analytics stays off until you allow it.
• Your choice is stored locally in this browser so the site can remember it.
• Use Analytics settings in the footer to change or revoke your choice at any time.
• Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off and overrides a previously stored permission.
• Revoking permission disables analytics and removes RSI Tech's Google Analytics cookies from this browser.

What analytics can collect

If you allow analytics, the site may send the following limited usage information:

• Page views and navigation: visited routes and interaction order
• Device context: screen size, browser family and operating system
• Approximate region: country-level location derived by the analytics provider
• Referral source: how the visit reached the site
• Product interactions: approved event names with route and item identifiers only

How analytics works

The optional analytics provider is Google Analytics 4. The Google tag is not requested before you allow analytics. Site configuration keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization denied, and disables Google Signals and ad-personalization signals. The site also sends Google's IP-anonymization option.

This deployment is configured for Google Analytics measurement ID G-6XLMLT8NHH. The tag still loads only after you allow analytics.

Analytics-property retention and account settings are administered outside this repository. Contact RSI Tech if you need the currently configured retention period before providing consent.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics may create first-party cookies only after you allow analytics. Separately, the site stores your analytics choice in local storage. That preference is not an analytics event and remains until you change it or clear browser storage.

What We Don't Do

• We do not use analytics for advertising or remarketing
• We do not use social-media tracking pixels
• We do not fingerprint your device

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights to access, object to, or request deletion of personal data. You can withdraw analytics permission directly through the footer. For other requests or questions, contact us.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Vercel, which may process server logs such as IP addresses and request timestamps for security and operations. Google Analytics is contacted only after permission as described above. Refer to each provider's privacy information for its processing practices.

Changes

Material policy changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page. A new analytics purpose or provider will require a corresponding policy and consent review.
